 MHBB is a vibrant community event that welcomes spectators of all races, colors, religions, sexes, national origins, ages, and abilities, as well as individuals from diverse income levels. Central to our mission is the hosting of a FREE rodeo, removing admission costs for families and made possible through the steadfast support of Northeast Oregon and Southeast Washington communities.

Our distinctive approach revolves around community engagement and sponsorship. We actively endorse and bolster local and PNW businesses that generously sponsor our event. By rallying local support, we secure sponsors for rodeo events, providing them with advertising opportunities and year-round promotion on our social media platforms and website. This mutually beneficial relationship fosters community unity and ensures the continuous success of our event.

What sets MHBB apart is our all-volunteer board of directors. These devoted individuals contribute their time each year out of a passion for rodeo and a dedication to community vitality. Operated by enthusiastic volunteers, MHBB is committed to delivering a captivating and cost-free experience for all, with every sponsor dollar directly contributing to the hosting of our event.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to empowering youth engagement through exciting activities such as mutton busting, youth bronc riding, and sheep scramble. We create an environment where everyone can actively participate and enjoy.

As a symbol of community pride, MHBB attracts new enthusiasts to the rodeo each year. We prioritize showcasing the rich tapestry of cultures through events like wild horse racing, ranch bronc riding, and bull riding, embodying the diverse heritage ingrained in many rural communities.

As stewards of tradition, our directors celebrate the positive impact of the event on the community. The rodeo experience, whether as a spectator or competitor, transcends boundaries, ensuring the preservation of history and fostering a profound sense of unity among all who partake in this cherished tradition. 

Mountain High Broncs and Bulls' greatest accomplishment has been introducing the western way of life to the community, free of charge, for everyone to enjoy!
